PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible and provide a detailed description to make it easy for you to make an informed decision. However, the colours displayed are dependent on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We aim to give you as much accurate information as possible. All sizes and measurements are approximate and unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Compania Fantastica offer European sizes which we have converted to UK sizes for our customers convenience. 

We will take reasonable care to ensure all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system. 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website you will be charged immediately and sent an order confirmation email. Once you have checked out and received the order confirmation you will not be able to make any changes to the order, so please check your order before completing payment. Any discounts will be shown in the checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse an order show we see an error. This includes an unauthorised payment, items out of stock or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we do find any problems with your order we will contact you immediately.

Prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT. Goods are subject to availability and we do our best to update our systems with an accurate stock count, however, if there is an inaccuracy then we will contact you and refund you the full amount of the item out of stock.
