We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your product(s) you can return them within 14 days for a full refund in accordance to our Returns Policy.  Simply contact us at orders@beeandhumble.com with your Name, Address and Order Number. Let us know which items you want to return and why and we’ll send you a Returns Label via email. Then simply drop your parcel off and retain proof of return. 

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll check your items and process a refund. Your money will be returned in the same method you paid. 

Reasonable Care

If you want to return your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that: 

• You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in a store
• You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products
• Tags should not be removed from the products
• The original packaging should be retained and returned

CLEARANCE ITEMS – Non Refundable, Store Credit Only

All clearance items (clearly labelled CLEARANCE) are non-refundable. They are eligible to be exchanged for store credit only.
