What’s the difference between the gift box for Non-Account Holders and Account Holders?
For the same price, account holders will have their gift upgraded to include a Manuka Honey Face Mask!* It’s a no brainer really. (*While stocks last)

Can all items be gift wrapped? 
Due to the size of the box, you can only send a combination of hijabs and accessories. 

Do I need to put 3 items in the box?
No, 3 is the maximum number of items that will fit in the box. You can buy 1, 2 or 3 items to be placed in the box.

Can I write a message to accompany the gift?
Yes. Send an email to orders@beeandhumble.com with your order number and message and we’ll hand write it in the card for you.

Can you send directly to recipient?
Your gift can be sent straight directly to your loved one at no extra cost. Just add the recipient’s name in the Shipping Address field. Please note only 1 address per order. If you would like to send a number of gifts directly to recipients you will need to create separate orders.

Can I get a refund on gift wrap?
We do not refund the gift wrap service charge, however the items purchased can be returned in line with our returns policy.

Can I change my gift wrap options?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed you would not be able to amend the options you have chosen or the text on your message.
